Taylor is a youth activist and global education advocate.
She believes that equal and quality education for all is one of the greatest tools in creating community, growth, and development. This dedication to empathy- and education-based international development was sparked during her time studying development and working with refugee & underserved populations in Italy and Ghana.
While serving as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant on Malaysian Borneo, she fostered leadership amongst her secondary school students to build their confidence in English and themselves. She firmly believes in the power of youth to create a future of strong communities and growth.
Her advocacy work with the global education policy team at Global Citizen and in Baltimore surrounding the Black Lives Matter movement & environmental sustainability have shaped her as an organizer. She is currently working towards education equity in New York City at Success Academy Charter School.
